Does not knowing drive you crazy?

Nick Norelli at Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth wonders whether the parts of God shrouded in mystery is a blessing.  In discussions with a friend, who said it used to drive him crazy that he didn’t know all the answers, Nick responds that ignorance is bliss.  While I am not usually one for not knowing the answers, I am inclined to agree with Nick – they mystery of God drives us further into knowing God and the mystery.

Of course, I am inclined to get most frustrated when I think I know the answer and no one is listening! Perhaps a good time to remember Richard Hall (connexions) who suggested that we all have certainties, but we can be certain that some of our certainties are wrong – we just don’t always know which ones.
